The worst. They don’t clearly explain extra fees before your stay. They’ll reply beforehand that they can accommodate up to N people, then charge extra when you arrive. I don’t get why some reviews call them friendly. The male owner is unfriendly, and even hesitates to change the charcoal grill.

It’s conveniently close to Seoul, supermarkets, and activities. The owners are friendly, and the accommodation is in excellent condition. The pool is smaller than it looks in the photos, but it’s well maintained and has different depths.

The owner is friendly, and the barbecue area has both a smoker and a grill. One thing to check before booking is where your room is, since some rooms may be above the main house on this private property. There’s a Hanaro Mart and a convenience store nearby, so you can still get supplies even if you’ve picked up groceries from Gapyeong Station. There’s also a private water park and a bonfire. A nice place to get away from everyday life for a while.

We had a lovely time relaxing here. The house was clean, and the pool was well looked after, which the kids really enjoyed. The owner was right that we only needed to bring clothes and a card, since everything else we needed was available. Already thinking about coming back.

The barbecue was delicious, and the owner was very friendly. The pool looked huge and even had a waterslide, so it was a shame we couldn't use it in winter. I want to come back in summer and try it.
