Gapyong Arno Kids Spa Pension

The next day, they didn’t take any action and just charged extra, so I ended up cleaning the whirlpool, bathroom, and room myself because of the kids. The screen was broken and didn’t work. I posted complaints on the bulletin board through Yanolja and other platforms, but whenever there was an issue, I had to protest to Yanolja one by one. They deleted the posts as copyright infringement reports and managed the rating, blocking mine and posts that seemed to be complaints from others too. It’s listed as an MD recommended product on Yanolja. When I asked, they said they couldn’t remove it because they’d paid to advertise it. Some people left positive opinions, so each person can decide for themselves, but deleting complaints instead of responding openly and saying they’ll improve doesn’t seem conscientious. I won’t come back. I know it can’t be helped that the place is old, but I think cleanliness is basic for a kids’ pension, and this one was a mess: body hair, mold, dust, and a bad smell in the bathroom. The heating was terrible too. The whirlpool was the worst, with dust and body hair mixed in, even though they said it had been cleaned. The microwave was grimy and smelled, apart from the switch the fan could reach. The bed smelled so bad I couldn’t sleep deeply.
