A lovely, awesome place.

I was worried the room might feel small, but the first-floor cabana kept it from feeling cramped. I really recommend staying on the first floor. The swimming pool was spacious, and they even picked us up by boat from the water park right in front, so we had lots of fun there too. I stayed for two nights, and it was really, really great. I'll definitely come back next year!

The room was standard, but the river view made it feel open. The 35,000 won barbecue was worth the cost. We could refill the charcoal, and the hosts cleaned everything up for us. They let us freely use plates, burners, pots, spoons, tongs, scissors, and more. There were cobwebs on the balcony, and the air conditioning wasn't very comfortable.

The biggest positives are the Han River view and having the pool right outside the door. Beyond that, the way this place is run felt more unusual and stifling than I expected. There's also an older man who stays indoors and nags constantly. The room has a double bed and a single bed, but the hallway is so narrow that two people can hardly pass. The bathroom had a foul odor, and when I moved the single bed to push it closer, there was a thick layer of dust underneath. Getting luggage from the parking lot to the room was complicated, so we had to carry it over the fence from outside, since there's only one entrance. A small side door along the long corridor-style rooms would help. The lobby has a fancy café area with tables and sofas against a tarp background, but nobody seems to use it, or rather, they can't. They only sell cup noodles and beer, and it doesn't feel like the right place to eat ramen. Outside food is strongly prohibited, and they seem to avoid card payments. I paid by card when we arrived, but when I tried to use the same card in the evening, they said they couldn't accept it because of the typhoon. The only real advantage is the pool right outside the room. If you're two people without luggage, set on using the evening barbecue, buying coffee and drinks inside, and have skin that won't get irritated by dirty water, this place could work for you. If you bring coffee from outside, they give you a look that makes you feel unreasonable. The basic BBQ fee is 35,000 won for two people, but we paid 55,000 won for two additional guests. The only service our family got was the table fee and charcoal grill. They provided scissors, plates, and pots, but we used disposable containers because we couldn't trust the hygiene of tableware left outdoors. The pool water was very murky and didn't smell of chlorine. There's an unused pool bar, and if you drink there, the owner nags a lot, saying it could contaminate the water.
