Room 101 was an ondol room and had a bit of a musty smell. The air conditioning there worked very strongly, while it didn’t work in my friend’s 600-square-meter room. There’s a shared kitchen, though it’s only open to groups. Still, this place is great value.

The bathroom had a sewer-like smell, and I couldn’t figure out why. Otherwise, it seems like a good place to stay. It’s newly renovated and clean, with a choice between guesthouse-style rooms and family pension-style rooms.

There was hair all over the room, and the cleaning clearly seemed rushed. I know the holiday crowds meant more mess to deal with, but the hygiene was really poor. Not having Wi-Fi in the room was inconvenient too.

The renovation has left the place clean, but there’s no bidet in the bathroom. I also found it disappointing that they keep reusing the same soap instead of putting out new ones.

The room had plenty of space and was clean, and the parking area was kept up well, so I was happy with those. Carrying a lot of luggage was tough without an elevator, though. Still, I was quite satisfied.
