Even in summer, the air conditioner didn’t cool the room down. The staff were rude and unfriendly, and the customer service was unpleasant. It doesn’t deserve even one star. Don’t go there.

The service was awful. I arrived to check in at 8 pm, well after the 3 pm check-in time, but they said the room still hadn’t been cleaned and told me to wait. They didn’t apologize, just left me standing there. LOL, what is that? I wasn’t expecting five-star service, but what kind of hotel can’t let you into your room after check-in? Please get your hospitality business in order. I can’t speak to the rooms themselves.

The room was exactly like the photos on Yanolja, and since it seems to have opened fairly recently, it was very clean. I booked it through Yanolja and didn’t take any photos myself. It cost 400,000 won for Saturday, March 2nd, plus 50,000 won for the extra charge. We had the two-bedroom type with two queen beds, a kitchen, and an outdoor bath. The view was good, and the room was clean, but one bathroom was a real drawback. The extra person charge was one in a string of add-on costs. They said on the phone that charcoal barbecue was available, then said they don’t offer it because of environmental issues. The electric grill cost 30,000 won, which felt too expensive. Breakfast was 10,000 won for just toast, salad, bacon, and fried eggs, so I’m not sure it was worth it. There were cooking utensils in the room, though, so you can cook if you bring a few things from home. I set the boiler to 1 degree, but it was still too hot, as if the temperature control was broken.

I asked a question about my reservation after booking, and the reply was so curt and rude that I no longer wanted to visit. I canceled because I didn’t want to stay somewhere that treated me that way.
