Geoje Merveille Pension

The location is right by the sea, so the view is great and it's easy to go for walks with my dog. With the ocean just outside, it seems like a fun place to play in summer. I also heard you can fish there. The owner fishes personally, and you can rent fishing rods. They say September and October are the best months to visit, so we plan to come back then. What surprised me was how clean the dog-friendly pension was at this price, something I hadn't seen before. The bed and pillow covers are hotel-style, which made it seem even cleaner. The kitchen, bathroom, and refrigerator were spotless, so I felt good right away. They'd even set out dog food and water bowls and potty pads. It's the first dog pension where I've felt so pampered.

My husband, Mong, and I had a lovely time and didn't run into any inconveniences. The room was clean and comfortable, the owner was friendly, and the view from the window was great.

The Sherry Room had a roomy separate kitchen with plenty of cooking gear, plus a fridge and freezer in separate compartments. It was clean, the bedding was fluffy, and they supplied disposable toothbrushes along with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toothpaste, and soap. The owner was really friendly. There was also a home mat for smoking in the room. I booked because of the whirlpool tub, but when I switched it on, a lot of grime and even hair came out. I was startled, so I shut it off, cleaned it, then filled about half a cup of water to use. I asked for charcoal for the grill, but there wasn't enough, so I brought my own. Some fish are caught offshore. Stray cats show up asking for meat, and one of them is completely toxic.

Anglers seem to come here often, maybe because they also run fishing boats. The place is clean and roomy, the price is fair, and the owner is friendly. The floor gets so hot that it's hard to sleep, and they even provide heating.
