After a long trip, the staff couldn’t find my booking and left me waiting in the lobby for over an hour without telling me anything. In the end they put me in a similar room at another hotel in the same building. I’d picked this hotel because it had a gym, only to be told hotel guests couldn’t use it. The manager wouldn’t do anything for me. The room I booked had a jacuzzi but no desk, and an empty second bedroom that was useless and served no purpose.

The views are nice, but they don't make up for the lack of services. I don't know how the other hotels in the building operate, but none of the extra facilities besides the rooms are available. The parking staff were really unfriendly, too. If they don't want to do the job, they can leave. Why act so irritated with guests?

The room was good and the sunrise view was nice, but the amenities listed online weren't available: no pool, sauna, fitness center, or restaurant. It seems half the hotel was sold to another company, and those facilities now belong to that hotel rather than Ramada. This apparently happened some time ago, possibly because of covid, but we weren't told before confirming, and still paid the full price as though everything was included. With our one-year-old, we had to cross the highway to the next hotel for breakfast and dinner in winter. Great hotel on the website only.

Apart from the room, which was just okay, there was no breakfast, sauna, fitness center, pool, room service, Sky lounge, laundry service, or any other services. This isn't really a hotel, just a very expensive room with no facilities. Biggest scam ever!

The ocean harbor view was great, and the room felt clean and modern. But there was nowhere to eat in or near the hotel, and the garage smelled like a sewer.
