The rooms have the things I need, including A/C, a big TV, a styler, and a microwave. It was cozy, clean, and cheap, and there seem to be several room types. I got a special rate when I booked, so check the prices if you're planning a longer stay. I'd book here without hesitation.

The room itself was in good condition and had plenty of amenities, but the rates seemed high for this location compared with other areas. The front desk staff came across as a little arrogant rather than welcoming. There are unmanned and standard rooms, and using the parking lot is awkward: the turns are so tight you can't get around in one turn.

We booked two double rooms, but the room felt so unsettling that we ended up squeezing into just one. The refrigerator had a musty smell, and the light flickered at night, which scared me enough that I didn't want to stay there. The rest was okay.

The owner was friendly and attentive to what guests asked for. I could also relax for a day watching Netflix. The room was a bit spotty, though, and the sunflower faucet barely had any pressure, so showering with it wasn't possible. The bathtub faucet had good pressure. It was my first motel stay, and the parking lot made it obvious right away that it was a motel.

The cafe downstairs was a highlight, with good coffee at a low price. The manager and staff were friendly, and the rooms were clean, roomy, and well soundproofed. I'd give both the hotel and the cafe five stars. If I get to Busan again, I'd choose this hotel again.
