After just getting off the plane, my husband, son, and I were tired and very cold. The place smelled like old cigar smoke, and the whole stay felt smelly, nasty, and horrible. This felt like a motel, not a hotel, and I can't see myself coming back. Love, Tammy

There aren't any food, laundry, or other extra services, so it was just so-so. You can exchange KRW at reception.

The room was terrible on my business trip, but I put up with it because it was cheap.

I reserved through Hotel.com, but the owner didn't seem to know what I'd booked and said it was a special deal for today only. That was absurd and left a bad impression. The place has two names, so it was confusing whether it was a hotel or motel, but it is a motel. My first room gave me a headache from cigarette smoke. In the replacement room, hair and bits of debris were stuck to the floor, and although the sheets looked clean on top, there were marks from the previous guest underneath. The pillow looked incredibly dirty in the bright morning light. I want to kick the site manager who recommended this place in the butt.

August 25, 2024. I booked a room for a few hours to shower. It was just okay, but the cigarette smell was terrible.
