The staff were very helpful, and there's plenty to like nearby: the subway is under five minutes away, with lots of reasonably priced local restaurants. The hotel is in the old town area. The room has no work desk or space for clothes, so for anything beyond a one-night stay, you'll have to leave your things in your luggage. We also struggled with the shower because water splashes all over the bathroom. I don't understand why there's no shower curtain, since it can't cost much. Maybe they don't care about foreign tourists. It's a shame they haven't made a few adjustments that could bring their hospitality up to a four- or five-star level. I don't think I'll stay here again, or at this motel, as it felt more like one than a hotel.

A very large room with all the necessities except an ironing board. The location is convenient, near convenience stores and Goyang stadium, so it works well if you're going to a concert in the Goyang area.

My mom was using Agoda for the first time and accidentally booked this non-refundable room, mistaking it for Taiwan’s Millennium Hotel because the names are similar. We spotted the error within minutes, requested cancellation through Agoda straight away, and also asked the hotel for an exception. The hotel wouldn't offer a refund or any flexibility. It insisted on full payment even though the booking had just been made and check-in was still well ahead. Korean regulations allow penalty-free cancellation within 24 hours. Other travelers, double-check hotel names carefully, especially if you're new to booking. An honest mistake cost us the full amount because of this rigid policy.
