Hotel Raelle in Goyang

For a weekday rate of about 50,000 won, it wasn’t bad, and the owner was very friendly. I was here for business. The room was clean overall, not too small for one person, and the bathroom was clean with no smell. No mold or cigarette odor either. There are two convenience stores and a bus stop right by the property, though for a decent restaurant you need to walk toward Wondang Market. At first the area felt odd because it was crowded with accommodations, but I got used to it. The fridge had basic water and drinks, the TV offered Netflix and YouTube, and the internet worked well. They clean the room if you request it. One downside was finding lots of hair on the mattress under the sheets. I didn’t spot any bugs, though you can see them when the windows are open in summer. The room is so small that even a low air conditioner setting blows right over your head and feels cold. On rainy evenings it was chilly, but the floor heating made it pleasantly warm.
