Parking can be tricky in Hwajeong, so having their own lot is a real plus. The rooms are clean and roomy, and the owner is friendly. There's a hairdryer but no straightener. Best hotel in Hwajeong.

I came back in June 2025 with friends from out of town after staying here with them before. They liked it, so we booked two rooms on the 5th floor, paid on site, and paid ₩80,000 per room. The rooms were in good condition. We'd also stayed in September 2024 with those friends, on the 6th floor, and the room was still nice. Earlier visits were in February 2024 and August 2023, with friends, on the 6th floor. The place had been newly remodeled and the rooms were in good shape. Even late at night, the reservation machine made booking convenient. The only drawback was slightly weak shower pressure.

It's peaceful and quiet, and parking looks plentiful. The air conditioning seems a bit weak.
