Just two minutes from Jeongbalsan Station, with Wedom shopping district and Ilsa Lake Park nearby. Homeplus and Daiso are among the many useful places around, and Starbucks is two buildings down. I heard they're offering a discount for the rooftop renovation, so I should get in quickly. I went because I'd heard it opened in July. The goshiwon is on the 10th floor of Park Plaza, behind Bethel Church, and opens onto the rooftop, which gives it great ventilation. I've never seen a goshiwon feel this airy and open. It's been remodeled and is clean, with new shower room furniture. The bed was also brand new and unused. Gaeseong Sonmandu is well known on the first floor.
