The breakfast was good, but the price was way too high. The place feels a bit old-fashioned, and the rooms are fairly small.

I stayed here on business with several employees who were field service engineers, and it worked well for visiting LG or the surrounding factories. It's far enough from LG to feel peaceful, but close enough to respond quickly when an emergency came up. Great customer service and concierge, lovely trails, and good restaurants and nightlife just minutes away. The meals were great, the price very affordable, and I loved every minute. I wish I could bring my family here on vacation!

The maintenance and service were terrible. One side of the room's walls had no electricity. I asked for help, but the maintenance guy disappeared so fast that I still don't know why I couldn't use half the electrical outlets. Like mountains? Bring your own tent and don't stay at this hotel. Terrible!!!

The location is a strong point, with the cable car and Gumoland nearby. The facilities have been kept in good shape for a property of its age. But sound carries easily from the hallway, and neither the buffet breakfast nor the Chinese restaurant was good. The restaurant especially didn’t feel worth the price.

The staff were very kind and helpful, and I’d say this is easily the best hotel in Gumi. The amenities and quality make it a good fit for tourists and foreign visitors, and breakfast is a large Korean spread that’s decent enough. The restaurants are okay too. My main issue was the air conditioning: the room got very hot during the day and took hours to cool to a bearable temperature. Even then, it never really felt comfortable.
