The room stays warm even below freezing, so I didn’t need an extra electric blanket. They provide toiletries, body lotion, facial cleanser, and similar items. The bathtub is a decent depth and fills pretty high, though the water flow is moderate. I enjoyed my stay and would come back.
I spent one night in a suite and got to use the spa briefly, which was nice. The facilities were clean, and the service was excellent. There are two PCs that run high-spec games, which could suit couples who feel awkward staying together in a PC room. Breakfast was pretty decent too.
My daughter and I spent ages in the big whirlpool tub after a long day, haha. The room was clean, and the temperature wasn’t too hot or too cold. I do think they could pay a bit more attention to the room temperature.
There’s breakfast, and the room has a PC, Netflix, and other things to keep you occupied. They also have a styler, which I appreciated since I travel for work a lot and worry about my clothes.
The electric blanket was really warm, at least, but the room I was given was cold. I told the front desk and they said they were turning up the thermostat. Even with double doors, cold air came through the door, which kept banging and rattling in the early morning, maybe from a crosswind. The shoe cabinet light also kept switching on and off, and the bathroom was incredibly cold. I caught a cold here. After showering, it’s easy to get chilled because that bathroom is so cold. I needed a comfortable stay, and this was the first time I’d had an experience like this. The soundproofing wasn’t great either. Also, the app booking showed a checkout time one hour later, but they told me to leave at 12. When I asked again, they said the time could be adjusted and let me stay until 1:00. Please check this in advance. ㅜㅜ
