Best Western Gunsan Hotel

For an overnight stay, the room was more than adequate. It was clean and comfortable for two, and the bathroom was nice too. I didn't have anything to complain about. Breakfast suited me well enough, though I'm not a picky eater. All in all, a positive experience.

I rated it three stars, but found it clean, well cared for, and run well. Housekeeping was top notch, and the staff were friendly and courteous. The drawback is the location: it's out on the edge of town in an industrial area, so you'll need transportation to reach things and go sightseeing.

I stayed here for two weeks at a time over a total of 10 months. The rooms were clean, service was standard, parking was accommodating, and it was close to the AFB.

The rooms were quiet and well kept, with standard furnishings, and breakfast was okay. The air conditioning was remarkably quiet and worked efficiently, while the beds were on the hard side. The pools were closed, supposedly because of covid. There's no bar, but a 24-hour convenience store across from the entrance has open-air benches and tables. Staff were friendly. It's a good hotel if you happen to have business in Gunsan, especially since it's next to the conference center. Otherwise, it's in the middle of nowhere.
