Seocheon Taxi Hotel

The motel is right by the beach, so the view is great, and the rooms were clean. There are a raw fish restaurant and a hangover soup place right next door. If you enjoy fishing while traveling, you can do that if the timing works out. There's even a ramen vending machine in the lobby for a quick bite. Highly recommend.

The owner had a great attitude and seemed very mindful of the building's safety. The river view was lovely, and the price was affordable. There are also several recreational facilities on the first floor that guests can use for free.

For the facilities, I think the price is a steal, and the amenities are decent for a motel, so it could work for families. But the nightgowns were handed out repackaged and unwashed. One smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, the other of perfume. There are lots of 50,000 won motels that are better these days. I didn't know about this before I went, but if I had, I wouldn't want to return.

The view is quite nice. The facilities are just average, though they seem to put real effort into maintaining them, which makes it feel like good value.
