I’d think about coming back, even with the beds being such a big downside. They were hard as rock, so sleeping after a relaxing jacuzzi bath was really difficult. The service was great, the room was nice, and the amenities were impressive, including a clothes dryer and steamer, plus there was a very nice breakfast.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here for long. The beds are very basic and hard, and the party district makes a restful night unlikely. Breakfast is the same every day. Staff make an effort to seem friendly, but morning greetings seem to be reserved for Asian guests. As a European or American looking person, I felt unwelcome, and I found that very racist.

The restaurant breakfast was more than great, and my family enjoyed it. The location is very good, but a nightclub across from the hotel opened at 5 a.m. because of Covid restrictions, and it was really noisy.

The mattress was much too hard for me, though the room itself was spacious and clean. The location in Gwangju is perfect, and breakfast was okay, with both Continental and Korean options.
