I sleep poorly when I'm away from home, but I got a comfortable night's rest here for the first time. The room was quiet and clean, and even the smaller one had what I needed, including a styler, an air purifier, and a private bathroom. It cost 60,000 won for a small room and 80,000 won for a large one. My office is in Gwangju's business district, so I've stayed in a lot of different places on visits. If I come back, I'll choose this hotel.

The bread served at breakfast was tasty, though the only seating was a few tables by the front desk, so it seemed better to take it back to the room or eat it in the car. The staff were friendly and the facilities were decent. One thing to watch when booking through Interpark: the extra guest option seems intended for a child. Adults may be better off booking a separate room. You can manage to sleep together, but the additional guest only gets a separate blanket. Interpark's booking information doesn't explain this, so check before reserving.

It was a handy, clean place to stay. With so few guests during COVID-19, it was especially quiet, which I liked.
