This was my second trip to Gwangju, and the hotel made a great base for my business visit. The staff were friendly and very helpful, and room service was really good. I also liked the improved kitchen area on the first floor.

The rooms are huge, breakfast was good, and the staff were really friendly and went out of their way to help. It was all very affordable, too. There's a little park right beside the hotel and lots of places to eat nearby. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend it! Just a note, the photos currently shown are still from the old hotel and its previous owner.

We had a great stay here. The rooms were really big and clean, and had everything we could need. The staff were lovely, too. Highly recommend it!

Agoda had a reservation for me, but the hotel didn't have it. The older man at the front desk was awful, with a really arrogant attitude. They call this a boutique hotel, but it feels like a love motel. They shouldn't call themselves a hotel until they can speak decent English.

There’s no key to take with you when you go out, which is inconvenient. The step where the bed is makes getting around awkward, too. And the water pressure is so strong that when I turned on the shower, the head shot backwards out of its holder.
