My private room with its own bathroom had been given to someone else, so I arrived to find only a shared room available. The manager said he thought we weren't coming and let another guest take it. I'd already paid and had the right to use it for the time I booked. We had to find and book somewhere else that evening. The manager seemed greedy, and the location was surrounded by piles of rubbish. Bad experience.
