I paid for a Deluxe room with a massage chair, but the room I got was in awful condition. It smelled strongly of rot, and the chair’s remote was broken while its upholstery was in terrible shape. The heating and air conditioning didn’t work. Opening the window to air it out only made the room freezing. There was no bathroom stopper for filling the tub and no trash bags. I reported the problems at reception, but the replacement room was just as bad, with no working heat and very cold. There wasn’t a water cooler either, and the administrator was constantly away from the desk. This is a terrible hotel, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The room wasn’t hygienic, and both the whirlpool bathtub and bidet were broken. At 120,000 won for a weekend, it costs more than Seoul despite the poor condition. It feels like the businesses in the neighborhood may have colluded.

They said no standard rooms were available even though the room was empty, so they gave me a VIP room. Once inside, it turned out to be a really old motel room. There were no shower towels, and I had to wash my hair with water-based shampoo. The towels were yellowed, the mattress was badly stained as if it had been used before, and its cover was completely torn. I was speechless. Sigh, don’t go to a place like this!

The staff had an awful attitude, and the service was terrible. The facilities are outdated, and there aren’t even any drinks.
