S Hotel

The pros worked better for us than the downsides. There's space to step up from the tiled entry shoe area into the room, and the central heating was on, though you can use the TV remote to control both the TV and air conditioning. The location near the metro is a big plus. Other helpful things included free wifi, a bidet that seemed to be cleaned daily according to a note, bathrobes, daily towel changes, and free breakfast from 7:30 to 9:00am with bottled water, canned coffee, instant coffee, and tea. They also provide a dental kit, shower cap, razor, cotton buds, and more. The main drawbacks were the bulky key with a manual lock, no laundry service or coin laundry, and an adapter outlet on only one side of the bed. 💗

The room was clean and had a nice feel, but some amenities looked old. The AC was poor and couldn't keep the temperature right, so I'd give it three stars.

There's even a place to cook for yourself, and it has nearly all the facilities you'd expect in a three-star hotel.

There are lots of restaurants, bars, and other places nearby. I was in Gwangju, Jeolla Province on a business trip to Gwangju Airport, and chose this accommodation because the reviews looked good and the price was low. After coming back from dinner, though, I found the room condition wasn't very good.
