The rooms are comfortable, and breakfast was nice every morning. The place is great otherwise, but they didn’t empty the trash bins or replace the toilet paper. I also suspect the bed sheets weren’t really changed before the next guest arrived. I asked about it, but the receptionist didn’t really understand me. Still, it’s a pretty good place to stay.

The owner lady was the best part, welcoming us with such warm hospitality. Everything was clean and cozy, and the price is so low I don’t know how they keep the business going. I’ve stayed in a lot of guest houses, hotels and hostels, but this is easily one of the best places I’ve been. I’ll definitely visit again.

I booked a bed at first but got upgraded to a room, which was nice. The hostel is right in central Gyeongju, very clean throughout, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly for online meetings. Breakfast was good and served daily from 8-10am. Lots of buses connect it to the main attractions, and you can walk to most of them too.

The grandma greets you with a big, lovely smile, and the place feels clean and welcoming. It’s well maintained and in a handy spot near interesting places, making it a great base for exploring Gyeongju. I totally recommend it!

The beds have little shelves, a charging station and a lamp, plus a privacy screen you can pull down. For a hostel, it felt as private as it could, and it was clean and comfortable. The bathrooms nearby were clean too. I had a lovely stay at the blue boat hostel.
