For this price, I thought the hotel was perfect. I've stayed in much pricier places in Europe that didn't offer half the basic things this one does. I was glad we could use the rooftop to sit and smoke. We're a group of Balkan friends used to being able to smoke (iqos) almost anywhere, but smoking is heavily restricted in Korea. The view was nice too. There are also useful luggage lockers, and a Samsung closet I hadn't noticed in the booking, which was a cool surprise. Laundry is available on the 7th floor. We were politely asked at check-in whether we wanted bath towels, and the front desk gave us some. The shower isn't separated from the toilet, but the floor slopes correctly, so water runs to the drain rather than flooding the bathroom. I didn't notice any plastic under our bedsheets, though our friends with us did, so room 502 might need fixing. There is a sign asking you to wash your dishes, but during breakfast two workers were helping visitors and washing them. The kitchen is a shared area the rest of the day, so the sign makes sense if you use dishes then. Keep it clean so it stays clean. The question about bath towels and the plastic under our friends' sheets made me wonder whether the hotel might have been intended as a love hotel. But there are lots of tourists like us, which eased those doubts.
