Great service, but calling this a four-star hotel is a J O K E. There was dust in a few corners, old yellowish white curtains in the bathroom, missing filler between the bathroom tiles, and rust on the metal door frames. The carpet was old and used, once light yellow, now darkened brown.

Breakfast was okay, but the rooms weren't very clean and the air conditioning didn't work. The location felt odd, away from town.

Breakfast involved a long queue, and the crowds took up too much of our time and attention. That made the stay a bad experience for us, worth only two stars.

The restaurant looked modern, but the room was in very poor shape. It felt old and dated, and I found dust and strands of hair. They didn't provide any amenities, not even a shower cap. The woman at the front desk on the morning of 11 Dec was impatient. This definitely isn't a four-star place, more like a motel.
