The room was huge and really clean, and the staff were great. It's close to a supermarket in the apartment complex across from the hotel, the restaurant area, and bulguksa temple. Town is much farther away, about an hour by one bus ride. I did miss having real mugs or glasses. They only provide paper cups in the room and breakfast area. HAvenue hotel in Gyeongju city centre has a simple kitchen with a sink, crockery, and washing machines guests can use.

Breakfast was a simple spread of cereal, toast, and coffee, and you can choose whether to book a room with a spa. We had a satisfying, comfortable one-night stay and would definitely return. We were here with family to visit Bulguksa Temple, and the interior was clean and quiet.

The spa in the middle of the room was a unique feature. My family of four stayed in a fifth-floor deluxe suite, and we all liked how comfortable, clean, open, and refreshing it felt. I wish I'd discovered this place earlier in my time in Gyeongju. We stayed on our last day. Definitely visit.

The breakfast is simple, just cereal, milk, juice, and toast, but it's a real selling point. I even uploaded a photo of the second-floor breakfast restaurant. The room was spacious and clean, with a separate sink, though there was some plumbing noise. It's near Bulguk-dong, the restaurant area below Bulguksa Temple, so you can walk there and parking is convenient. The staff were friendly, too. I liked seeing them smile as soon as they saw a guest, rather than having the intimidating expressions and tone I've sometimes encountered with hotel maids in Korea.
