Gyeongju Love and Love Pension

Our family had a quiet, comfortable day here. The spa was great, and we enjoyed the comic books and board games for a while. The duplex has wooden floors, so there's some noise, but I think that gives it a bit of charm.

There's lots to do, and the place feels cozy. I didn't have time to try everything during my one-night, two-day stay, and had to check out already ㅠㅠ. For a return visit, I'd give it 3 stars haha. The shuttle is the main reason I'm taking stars off. The route winds around and takes about 1 hour and 10 minutes. Even though check-in is at 3 PM, the shuttle doesn't start until 3:10 PM. I arrived at 4:10 PM, then had to get off and walk again. For checkout, you have to be at the bus stop by 10:40 AM, which I really didn't like. Sound insulation is poor. Booking on the 3rd floor might help with the thumping sounds, but you can still clearly hear the next room. The bed is very hard, harder than a sofa. There's no ventilation system, so you have to open the window when eating. Even in April, it got cold with the window open for so long, and smoke from downstairs came straight in. I also think grilling meat would be too cold in winter. For the time you spend there, I don't think it's very good value for money ㅠㅠ.

The jet spa, charcoal grill, and air conditioning were all great 😀. The owners and their husbands 😊 were so kind^^, and the place was clean and well kept, even though pensions often have bugs at this time of year. The towels even smelled like Downy (*Pigeon), which is hard to find elsewhere. My only regret was the duplex stairs. Going up and down was a bit noisy 🥶❗ Maybe it's because of my weight... I just wish that could be improved a little^^. I had a good, fun stay. Thanks for all your hard work.

There wasn't much parking for a pension of this size. The condition was so-so, too. Based on Yanolja, there was no mention of pets being allowed, so I brought my dog and almost got into trouble. Fortunately(?) they let us in, but the situation left a bad taste in my mouth.
