The location was convenient, about a 15-minute walk from the beautiful bridge, and the floor was warm. But I wouldn't stay here again. I paid 100 euros a night for a hanok room and the experience was awful. I had asked for a second-floor room when booking and didn't get one. The room's TV also didn't work. I was uneasy about the door security: there are no keys, just a keypad, and the code for room X is 00X. The noise was the worst part. I could hear people in the next room talking and coughing, and there was extremely loud hammering and drilling outside because of renovation work. Nobody warned me about it. Waking up to that racket, like the work was five meters away, made this the worst accommodation I've stayed in. The woman was kind enough to wait until 10:30 pm for me to arrive, but the next morning she kept telling me not to call a taxi and that she would arrange it. I'm not sure why, does she know the driver? Breakfast was very sparse: toast, a boiled egg, two small round slices of banana, and two slices of apple. I wouldn't recommend this place.

It's a simple, traditional Korean house, and it was clean. The hosts were really friendly, though the heater seemed to be having trouble.

The host family made us feel welcome and were very accommodating. BEST PLACE TO STAY IN GYEONGJU! 💖

For over 100 bucks a night, this wasn't worth even half the price. It's basically a cheap motel with paper-thin walls in a building styled like a hanok. There aren't any stores nearby, and the breakfast was the worst I've ever seen, below even the bare minimum served in a Korean prison. If you can't find a proper hanok stay, do yourself a favor and book a regular hotel. This place isn't it.

I slept really well here. The room was warm from the ondol heated floor, the breakfast tasted great, and the owner was kind. I also loved the two-story Hanok building.
