Gyeongju GG Tourist Hotel

We chose this older hotel because it's beside McDonald and the main road, and near the bus terminal, which makes it easy to travel to other parts of Korea. The soundproofing is better than in newer hotels. There's also a small gym and a men's sauna available at selected times.

The room had a big bed and a nice view of the area from the top floor. It's easy to get here from the station, though I'd recommend taking a taxi back. It's the last stop toward the station, and you can see things getting busy.

A classic-style hotel that works for business or a vacation. The room was clean and spacious, the staff were nice, and the location is great. I enjoyed my stay.

The staff were kind and very helpful, but my stay was awful. There was noise everywhere: from nearby rooms, the hallway, and a lot of traffic outside. I could hear everything, so I don't understand claims that the rooms are soundproof. My room wasn't clean, and when I tried the spa, I found clumps of hair that weren't mine and some unidentified black stuff. My friend in the next room had the same experience, plus black hairs in her bathroom. Her tub also had mold or dirt left in it after she turned on the spa. The bed and pillows were terrible. This hotel isn't cheap compared with others, and it was very poor value for the money.
