Such a lovely Hanok stay, but the walls barely block any noise. I'd avoid coming with friends or a group if you don't all have the same interests.

The owners are friendly, and the price stays reasonable even in peak season. It's a lovely way to experience a Hanok in a quiet rural village. Gyeongju downtown is a bit away, but getting around by car isn't inconvenient. The place is quite secluded, though.

The sound carries terribly here, so keep that in mind. There are bugs, too, and no running water, which means fetching it from the well. The toiletries are 4-5 years old, so bring your own. The toothpaste even had mold on it.
