Before we left, our host invited us into the main house’s attic and showed us how to play several traditional Korean instruments. We sounded terrible, but it turned into one of the highlights of our whole trip. The hosts were among the kindest, most engaging people I met in South Korea. This is a lovely B&B for a group of friends traveling together, with comfortable rooms that have lots of character. You can stay at shiny five-star hotels in Seoul, but you won’t get the same feeling of being somewhere truly special as you do at HanokInn.
