Kensington Resort Gyeongju

We had a great family stay, and everyone was happy with it, even though the main building is a little old. Service was very good, and there was parking both above ground and underground. Having a convenience store on B1, the first basement floor, was handy. The kids already want to come back, so I’m sure we’ll visit again someday.

The area was quiet, and the rooms and beds were comfortable. The bathroom seemed a little rundown, though, and the couch wasn’t comfortable.

We were moved from a studio into a two-bedroom room that was twice the size. The service was really great, and the room had nice furniture, a massage chair, and a great view. The one issue was the heating in winter. We couldn’t turn it down, so we had to crack a window to make the room feel less like a sauna and more cozy.

The view was pretty nice, but that was about the only good part for me. The lobby looked clean and somewhat new, while the rest seemed like it hadn’t been updated since the resort was built. The kitchen equipment, bathroom, bed, linens, and other facilities all looked way too old. It seemed like they may have renovated only the lobby.
