The highlight of our two nights at Soi Hanok Stay was the hospitality from Soo. She met my wife and me at the property, showed us around, and made us feel at home right away. She was pleasant and attentive throughout. We hadn’t booked breakfast, but she kindly offered us a traditional Korean breakfast on both mornings. It was delicious and thoughtfully prepared, one of the best parts of our stay. Our Premium Suite (Mongseoru) was spacious, beautiful, and well stocked, with a comfortable bed and everything kept to a high standard. It balanced traditional charm with modern comfort. The central location made it easy to get to Gyeongju’s main sights. We left very pleased, and would highly recommend Soi Hanok Stay. It was a memorable, relaxing visit.

The room was beautiful, spacious, private, impeccably clean, and comfortable. Our hostess replied quickly and was excellent to communicate with. The location also made it easy to walk to restaurants and Gyeongju sights. Ask for the delicious Korean breakfast delivered to the room each morning. Soi Hanok Stay is wonderful, one of the best places I’ve stayed in a long time. Highly recommend!

After days out exploring, it was lovely to have such a peaceful place to return to. The host was incredibly hospitable, and the two breakfasts we had were among our favorite meals of the trip. The property is stunning and very conveniently located. We had an amazing stay and highly recommend it!

They helped us with the trains when we left, during a nationwide problem. Before we arrived, communication was quick and really useful, and someone met us and showed us to the property. The room was wonderful, and we had Korean breakfast each day. Fantastic place in a great location, highly recommended. I can’t fault anything.

The location made it easy to enjoy the historical sites on foot, with cute cafés just steps away, while still being a little outside the busy area. The traditional Hanok has been updated with good taste and feels very comfortable without losing its traditional character. Staying at Soi Hanok Stay was one of the highlights of our South Korea trip. Highly recommend. Our only regret is not staying longer.
