The only real plus is how convenient it is to the bus station. The room on the top floor was dark because a hoarding blocked the window, and the sun roof they provided was broken. The spa bath leaked all over the bathroom floor. Cleaners came in before we'd checked out, and when we returned from a walk the door was wide open with our belongings unsecured. They took my water bottle, which I was still using. The staff were surly, towels were ripped and stained, and amenities were broken. It wasn't cheap and wasn't worth it.

Room 703 was a treat. It opened up, and had a mini sauna and a big round spa that made me feel like royalty. The hotel was very clean, with a comfortable bed and pillows, a great breakfast every day, and decor I loved. It's handy for the bus terminal and bus stops, local food street market, bike hire, and an easy walk to the main attractions. I felt very safe walking around both day and night. I'm really happy with this choice.

The staff were lovely and helpful, and spoke enough English. Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, plus a little more. The hotel was convenient, and the simple breakfast each morning included coffee or tea, eggs, and toast. The bathroom units are designed so you can sometimes hear the neighbours' shower and running water, but it didn't bother us too much in the end. I think we'd stay here again.
