The bathtub is there, but there's no way to use it without enough hot water, and there's no water barrier at all. The bedding smells of cigarette smoke too. Hot water comes from an electric boiler that runs late at night, so it only works in the morning, not at night.

It's so cold. I'm in a special room and my feet are freezing. Even taking a shower feels rough, and stepping outside feels like I'll freeze to death. Such a hassle. No toothpaste, and the shampoo has no scent.
