The rooms are tiny, and the location isn't good for swimming. The price is somewhat cheaper than a pension, but staying at a motel would have been much more economical.

There's more freedom here than when you're sharing a room with friends and drinking.

The owner is kind. It's a decent spot for a short break.

A winter company retreat could work well here, especially when the cold makes outdoor activities hard to do.
