Staz Hotel Premier Dongtan

It was a hassle getting to my room, and the hotel had a somewhat deserted, disorganized feel. The room itself was clean and nice. I wouldn't particularly recommend staying here unless you need to be in the Dongtan area.

The room was very small, with just a tiny desk that barely fit one laptop. There's no laundry room either, so I can't recommend this hotel.

The breakfast selection was very limited, though the dining area was nicely put together with a distinctive garden theme. My room was small but all right. Cleanliness overall wasn't as good as it should've been: when I checked in, I saw a short curly hair beside the bathtub, which I assumed was pubic hair.

The front desk service was disappointing and unfriendly when I asked for help ordering fried chicken delivery. Many Korean delivery apps aren't foreigner-friendly, but the staff wouldn't assist and only gave me a phone number to call. I said I was happy to call the restaurant myself, but asked if someone could speak to the shop in Korean on my behalf since I don't speak the language. They refused again. For a hotel that often has international guests, I found the lack of effort over such a simple request unacceptable. The attitude was very poor and not what I expect from hotel staff at reception.
