Good value, with Hynix and plenty of places to eat nearby.

If you're in town for work at Hynix, this is a good option. It's relatively clean and decent, though pretty average. The interior is worn, and a few areas look shabby.

Unless you're here for business at HaXXXX, I'd strongly suggest staying somewhere else. Rooms book up early and are hard to find. For work at HaXXXX, though, this is the best value near the workplace in Icheon, based on visiting all the motels around here. Leaving out the expensive ones, this is the best combination of price and proximity.

The owner is friendly, and the rooms are fairly clean. Since it's near a factory, there are lots of bars around, and the rooms smell strongly of cigarette smoke.

This isn't typical, but plenty of people seem to sleep well here. When I wake up cold and try to adjust the temperature, the displayed desired temperature goes up, but the actual temperature doesn't.
