The biggest hassle was the noise from the next room, since the walls are thin. I didn't have any concerns about bed bugs, though, and the tiled floors helped the clean rooms feel even tidier. There's no laundry service, so longer stays mean doing your own washing. Each room does have a clothes cleaner, which helped us take care of light odors. Japanese and English weren't spoken very well, which made some things inconvenient. Breakfast is modest and comes fairly late, so leave yourself plenty of time. It's not a buffet, and you need to reserve it the day before, which also takes some planning.

The staff were great and made an enthusiastic effort to work through the English and Korean language gap. The suite was a good size for the price, and getting around was easy with bus routes, the train station, and local places to eat nearby. I'd stay here again if I return to Iksan.

The hotel has a strikingly modern look and lovely design. Breakfast was the one small letdown, with just bread, cornflakes, coffee, tea, and cup noodles.

I'd recommend this hotel for a business trip. The room was in good condition, and the service was kind.

It's a bit out of the way, but what they provide is top-class for a fair price. Nice place!
