We could leave our bags there, and they handled our requests really well. The lobby is spacious, the room was great, and the big TV has Netflix. Hot water worked fine too. The staff were so friendly. I’d stay again on a future layover at Incheon Airport.

The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the front desk staff were kind and helpful. It’s a lovely little boutique hotel, clean and safe, and I had a positive stay.

At 4 AM I was still awake, stuck choosing between opening the window and letting in sound and light, or keeping it shut while smoke smell from the toilet spread into the room even with the door closed. I suspect the ventilation pipes may connect the rooms, so smoke from one bathroom gets around. The hotel should look into improving the ventilation. Soundproofing is bad too, I could hear someone in the next room snoring.

They wouldn’t accommodate me and refused a refund after failing to provide the service. The other negative reviews are true, so don’t stay here.

A great location for people traveling through on a layover.
