The seafood spots around the fish market stay open late, so you can have a relaxed meal there in the evening. The hotel is also close to Incheon harbour and an easy walk from Soraepogu Station, which made getting around convenient. Breakfast starts at 06:30 and has a good range of choices. The service staff were courteous and attentive during our stay. Inside, the hotel feels modern, comfortable, and well equipped.

I’d stay here again if I come back to Korea, especially because of Jang Woo-hyun. He was kind and committed, and took care of every problem we had. You don’t often meet someone so responsible. Excellent service.

I don’t usually write reviews, but the bathroom design really annoyed me. Water runs out of the walk-in shower and collects in a little pool by the sink every time you shower. Have a look at the video.

Our room wasn’t facing the main road, so it was quiet enough to sleep well, and the amenities were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a different story, the restaurant was crowded and finding an open seat was tough. Fortunately, a kind family shared their table with us.

We were left waiting outside our room for quite a while after the key suddenly stopped working. The front desk took a long time to respond, and the staff seemed indifferent. That’s disappointing service for a hotel of this level. I hope they take this seriously and improve the process so it doesn’t happen to future guests.
