Grand Palace Hotel Incheon

The pillow covers had blood-like and other mysterious stains, and both smelled foul. There was also hair in the bathtub. I called the front desk about it, but the lady was very rude and said there were no spare covers and she couldn't replace them. I brought both pillows down to show her the stains and smell, and she still wouldn't change them. When I asked for the manager, she said he wasn't available. The halls were very dark and the room was dirty. I later found out the manager was even ruder, like a street thug. The rate was very cheap, but I found out the hard way why. You lose more than you save. Prospective guests, avoid this place at all cost.

The facilities are top notch, and every room even has a chromecast. Check-in was super quick, the staff were so nice, and the location is great, near both the station and airport. They sent a clean bus to pick me up from the airport for free, and when I saw the talking dinosaur, I knew I’d love it.

I'd give it two and a half stars. The hotel is in a good location and the service is okay, but charging phones and other gadgets was a constant hassle. An international adaptor fits into the two-pin wall socket, but its bulk makes it slip down, so the charging connection keeps cutting in and out.

Free Wi-Fi and ramen every day made this a great deal. The location was good, and it was the best value of our three-week stay in Korea.
