It’s pretty remote, though there is a convenience store. The price is cheap, and that’s about all there is for breakfast.

At Incheon THE SEA&STAR HOTEL, also called Benikea Sea Star Hotel, I found this useful information. There’s an amusement park nearby, and CU and Emart are about 20 meters from the main entrance. Breakfast is on the 7th floor from 06:00-08:00, with last entry at 7:30. Give them your room number. Each room gets one key card, and the doors lock automatically. In the room, you’ll find a refrigerator with bottled water, a safe, hair dryer, slippers, electric kettle, and toiletries. Disposable toiletries aren’t provided. Wi-Fi is listed under your room number and doesn’t need a password. China channels are 73, 90, 102, 110, 151, and 177. For room calls, dial the room number followed by #. For the front desk, dial 200 + #. The air conditioner instructions say to set the wall temperature to at least 30 degrees Celsius before turning it on. If it doesn’t start, raise the setting and try again. If it still isn’t working, use the room remote to switch it off and back on. Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel, but there’s an outdoor smoking area. Smoking in a room incurs a 300,000 KRW fine. Cash deposits apply for borrowed or replacement items: 1,000 KRW for a 110V pork nose adapter, 10,000 KRW for a multi-function adapter, and 20,000 KRW to replace a lost room key.
