I didn’t stay at this hotel, I’m at its Sister property next door, but I walked over to see what it looked like. It was absolutely beautiful, with a great fitness area and a huge pool shared by the two Sister properties. I WOULD RECOMMEND

Since Paradise City bought it and changed it to Hyatt Regency, the perks have really gone downhill. There’s nothing nearby, so for food you have to go to the airport or the mall.

My boyfriend and I began and finished our Korea trip at the Hyatt Regency. It’s so close to ICN airport, which made it perfect for an overnight stop, especially after a long 14 hour flight. The service was exceptional. Both times we checked in, we got upgraded, and we were given coupons for the restaurant and bar happy hour. Concierge Daniel was fantastic. He carried our luggage to the room, helped us get a cab and find a good restaurant, and later, when we came back at the end of the trip, warmed up our leftover food and watched our luggage while we went for coffee. His service was amazing throughout, so I wanted to give him a shout-out. Thanks, Hyatt Rengency, for a great stay. We’ll be back.

A great stay for an overnight at ICN. The globalist room upgrade was fantastic, the lounge was nice, the airport shuttle ran frequently, and breakfast buffet was amazing.
