Golden Tulip Incheon Airport Hotel & Suites

The location worked well, but a problem with the beds and the response afterward left us disappointed. We stayed for one night, and one of the twin beds had a slippery waterproof plastic cover beneath the sheets. It was uncomfortable to sleep on, especially for my mother. Under it, the mattress pad had a visible stain or discoloration, which made us uneasy about cleanliness. I contacted the hotel later, but they declined compensation. Their main explanation was that it wasn't a hygiene issue and we should have raised it sooner so they could offer a room change. I understand their position, but the bedding should have been checked and ready before guests arrived. I wouldn't stay here again.

Global Hotel, Hotel Tour, Golden Tulip, whatever the name, I wouldn't recommend it. It seems to be one hotel operating under three names, but the experience was the same. The room hadn't been cleaned properly: there were sauce marks on the table and a used toothpick left out. Heating is centralized, which was frustrating. The location is the only thing going for it. I won't stay again.

After a long flight and the very slow airport immigration process, this was a good spot for a late arrival. The room was spacious, quiet, and clean, with firm beds and an easy check-in. It took 16 minutes by taxi from Incheon Airport T1.

We booked a deluxe room for three, and it was lovely and spacious, with comfortable beds and a very clean room. The front desk staff member was kind and helpful; his English was good, and he also used Google Translate. The desk is staffed from 9 a.m. to 1 a.m., and they can hold your luggage if you arrive before check-in. Unseo Station is right next door, just two or three train stops from the airport. Several excellent restaurants are a short walk away, with a coffee shop and bar in the lobby and convenience stores nearby. The building is shared with Golden Tulip, whose front desk is right beside this one. **Edited:** We stayed again a week later. The staff at Global Hotel were very nice, but if I returned, I'd choose Golden Tulip. Its front desk is staffed 24/7 and it offers breakfast. Others can use the breakfast for a fee, though the building seems to be set up as Golden Tulip with other brands renting space.
