Not having to leave the airport was a real help, and after a 13-hour flight, just being able to lie down earned this place points. I was traveling from Hawaii to Indonesia and had planned ahead, wanting somewhere to sleep and rest between long transfers. Finding it was harder than it needed to be. Clearer directions would help, and for anyone looking, try Gate 252. I couldn’t get hot water in the shower, even after trying twice and turning the handle left multiple times. I was told to wait 30 seconds for it to heat, but it never did. When I mentioned it on the way out, the desk attendant brushed it off as if I’d used it wrong. Please don’t lie or minimize the problem, just be honest. The power adapters didn’t work as promised either. Five stars for location and convenience, but zero for customer service and accountability. Kindness matters, and I mean real care, not just politeness. Do better.

The rooms and beds were a good size, the mattress was soft, and the hot shower was great. Everything was spotless, and the reception girl looked like a fashion model. I highly recommend it for a long layover. It’s rated a two star hotel, but I’d give it five stars for an airport stay. Coming from las vegas, the entertainment capital of the world, I found this absolutely exceptional. It’s right by the Korean Airlines VIP lounge, which I also recommend. One of my best airport layover experiences.

Check-in took under a minute: I gave my name and passport, got a key, and was in the room. Returning it at checkout was just as quick, then we walked about four minutes to our gate. The hotel is conveniently inside Terminal 2, and having a room there was far better than the loud, uncomfortable airport pods we once had to use after missing out on a transit room. We didn’t feel secure trying to sleep with our things out in the pods. We arrived at ICN from Vietnam around 6:00 a.m. and our flight to Chicago was at about 10:00 a.m., so we booked this room and it exceeded my expectations. It was extremely clean, with fresh, lovely-smelling linens. There was a private shower with soap, shampoo, and lotion, plus a sink, and they thoughtfully provided slippers for both of us. We managed a few solid hours of sleep, which made a huge difference before our 12-hour flight back to Chicago. It was a pleasant, stress-free stay, and I’d absolutely come back. I highly recommend it to anyone with an ICN layover who wants comfort, cleanliness, and convenience without leaving the airport.

The room was compact, as you’d expect at an airport hotel, but it was thoughtfully laid out, spotless, and surprisingly comfortable. The bed was firm and supportive, and the fresh, high-quality linens helped me sleep despite being in a busy airport. There was a private bathroom with a powerful rain shower and hot water, basic toiletries, fast and reliable free Wi-Fi, and air conditioning that worked well. It was also very quiet and soundproof, with no airplane noise. Staff were friendly, efficient, professional, and spoke excellent English. Check-in was smooth even though I arrived a little early. They provided bottled water, slippers, and what I needed for a short stay. There’s no window or natural light, which is typical of transit hotels, but the modern, minimalist design and good lighting made it feel cozy instead of cramped. The location is inside Incheon International Airport Terminal 2, on the 4th floor near Gate 252. Take the escalator up from the departure area. You don’t have to clear immigration or customs or leave the secure zone. You can go straight from your arriving flight to the hotel and be in bed within minutes. It’s especially convenient for people connecting with Korean Air, Delta, or other T2 airlines. After several tiring long-haul flights, this airside stay turned what could’ve been a miserable 10+ hour layover into actual rest and recovery. I needed a place to sleep between flights, and booking the Incheon Airport Transit Hotel - Terminal 2 was one of my smartest travel decisions. For a short stay, the price felt much more reasonable than leaving the airport and dealing with outside hotels and taxis. It gave me peace, comfort, and precious time back, with no wandering around half asleep or trying to rest in lounge chairs. I woke up refreshed and ready for the next leg. It’s perfect for a few hours of sleep, a refreshing shower, or even a quick family rest. If you have a layover longer than 5-6 hours, it’s clean, convenient, quiet, and comfortable. I’ll book again on future connections through ICN Terminal 2 without hesitation. Highly recommended!

The room had all the basics I wanted for a layover, especially a comfortable bed, big TV, and nice shower, even though it was small. I stayed for six hours during a 12-hour stop and felt it was well worth the fair price. Incheon is about an hour from Seoul by train, and the hotel lets you book six-hour blocks, so it could work well for a 10-14 hour layover. Book ahead, though, because rooms often sell out.
