Parking can be a real hassle here if you don't check the registration details carefully. After registering, don't move your car before 9:00 AM. You need to leave after 9:00 AM to avoid extra parking fees, and the unclear guidance can catch first-time guests out. Contacting the staff or the relevant department didn't get me a clear explanation or responsible help. They came across more like a complaints office, stern and not understanding the customer's situation. If something goes wrong, it may help to keep a record of your calls or other evidence. I've stayed at several Brown Dot branches around the country, and this was the first with service this poor. I have no intention of coming back.

My Japanese friend booked through Agoda for a Friday-Saturday stay listed at 40,000 won. About a week later, the booking was forcibly canceled because they said the price had been set incorrectly. I later saw on Yanolja that the weekend price was nearly 60,000 won. If it was a pricing mistake, shouldn't they have contacted us and apologized within a day or two? And if they were going to cancel after a week, they could at least have helped find nearby accommodation in a similar price range. I can't speak to the price or facilities themselves, but the booking experience alone gave me a very bad first impression of this business. Korean and Japanese people, including friends and private guests, should look elsewhere after reading the reviews. People in Korea are talking about its original form, and they are thinking about it. It's time to go, and it's all over. It's the end of the year.

There was free instant ramen you could have as much as you wanted, which I appreciated. The bathrooms were a bit dirty, probably because the hotel used to be a love hotel. If you're not especially picky about hotels, I think this place is fine.

The location right by the station made it easy to get around by subway, and there was plenty to do inside, with karaoke and computers. I had a lot of fun. I'd definitely recommend the VIP room~~
