It’s close to Eulwangni Beach, and the place was cleaner and tidier than anywhere else I’ve stayed. Every room is non-smoking, so there was no cigarette smell or that usual hotel odor.

For 59,000 won, I thought it was decent value. Eulwangni Beach is about a three-minute walk away. The place was clean, though it’s in an older building, so bear that in mind. The water pressure was strong, which I liked. I don’t really see the point of the balcony since it just looks out at the ocean.

We were left anxious for the rest of the morning after a frightening incident at the motel. We couldn’t drive right away after drinking, and at 2 AM it felt too late to find somewhere else to stay. Earlier that night, after checking in and going to the beach, we returned to the motel around 2 AM. I was putting our luggage in the trunk of our parked car when an unfamiliar man appeared in the dark lot and suddenly handed us two unpackaged loaves of bread, saying he had baked them himself and asking us to take them. I was startled and scared, so I hurried inside, looking back to see if he was following. Once we reached our room on the fifth floor and I was catching my breath, someone knocked at the door. I checked and heard the man say he was the one who had given us the bread, then he shook the doorknob. We felt in danger, given the unfamiliar place, the late hour, and what had just happened in the parking lot. I called the front desk in a rush, only to get the absurd answer that they had given him our room number. Their explanation made no sense. They said the man had come to the front desk and told them he’d given bread to the guests who had just gone in, but it had been swapped with his own bread. I was furious that they exposed guests, including women, to a stranger in their room without proper procedure just because “the bread was swapped.” The memory of this place is horrifying. If you want to put yourself in danger, be sure to visit. Is it acceptable for this establishment to operate without following even basic procedures?

I wasn’t expecting much from a place near the seaside, so the average condition was fine. Still, I remember feeling thrown when the owner asked how I knew about a mistake in the payment.

It was okay, especially because it’s close to the ocean, though it didn’t meet my expectations. Even on a weekend, 140,000 won felt expensive.
