It's a good budget option, but getting to the subway and Incheon Munhak Stadium means a bit of a walk. Take that into account.

Nice place, with plenty of restaurants around.
It's okay.
For $37 a night, I thought it was a decent hotel for the price. The rooms are bigger than at average hotels, and the shower and toilet facilities are nice. It's not on a main road, so you'll need navigation to find it, but it's easy to reach from the express bus terminal, about a five-minute walk. It's handy for international travelers taking express buses to other local areas from Incheon Bus Terminal. There was plenty of water, coffee, and tea. Breakfast isn't included, so you can head out for street food like toast. There are also lots of chicken places and a Korean BBQ nearby, and the tteokbokki (spicy rice cakes) was especially good. Just note that check-in starts at 8 PM. Not the best hotel, but decent for this price range.
I planned a game date and a relaxing stay, but had to check out early because the room on the 8th floor smelled so bad. Apparently it's on the rooftop, and smoking is allowed on that floor.
